1. SUBJECT
This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared for the purpose of informing the Buyer in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the Distance Sales Agreement to be concluded between RETAY MAĞAZACILIK A.Ş. (Seller) and the Buyer.

3. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product/service subject to the agreement are as specified in the information at the time the order was finalized and in the order confirmation e-mail sent to the BUYER.

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS

• Payment: The product price and shipping fee (if any) shall be collected via the payment method selected by the Buyer (Credit Card/Wire Transfer, etc.).
  
• Delivery: Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form through the contracted cargo company. If the product cannot be delivered for a justified reason, such as being out of stock, the Seller shall inform the Buyer and refund the paid amount.
  

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

• Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods without providing any justification.
  
• Condition of Use: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product's box, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be complete and undamaged; the product must not have been used beyond ordinary review.
  
• Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be used: There is no right of withdrawal for products personalized at the request of the Buyer, products unsuitable for return due to hygiene (underwear, cosmetics, etc.) after the seal/package is opened, and perishable goods.
  

6. DAMAGED PRODUCT AND INSPECTION OBLIGATION
The Buyer is obliged to check the package at the time of delivery. If there is any damage, dent, or tear in the package, a "Damage Assessment Report" must be prepared with the cargo official. In cases where no report is prepared, the product is deemed to have been delivered undamaged. Images of the damaged product and the report must be reported immediately to the Seller's contact addresses.
7. COMPLAINTS AND RESOLUTION AUTHORITIES
The Buyer may submit their complaints regarding the purchased product/service to the Seller via the contact channels mentioned above. Additionally, within the monetary limits announced annually;

• Consumer Arbitration Committees
  
• Consumer Courts are the authorized bodies.
  

8. ENFORCEMENT
When the Buyer places an order via the website, they are deemed to have accepted all articles of this form. This preliminary information form is an integral part of the distance sales agreement.
