Preliminary Information Form
1. SUBJECT
This Pre-Information Form has been prepared to inform the Buyer, in connection with the Distance Sales Agreement to be concluded between RETAY MAĞAZACILIK A.Ş. (the Seller) and the Buyer, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method and delivery information of the product/service are as stated at checkout and in the order confirmation e-mail sent to the BUYER.

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS
- Payment: The product price and, if any, shipping fee shall be collected through the payment method selected by the Buyer.
- Delivery: Products shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer through the contracted cargo company. Orders placed by 14:30 on business days are shipped the same day; orders placed after 14:30 are prepared for shipment on the next business day. If delivery cannot be made for a justified reason such as out of stock, the Seller shall notify the Buyer and refund the amount paid.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN TERMS
- Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods without showing any justification.
- Condition of Use: The product box, packaging and accessories, if any, must be complete and undamaged, and the product must not have been used beyond ordinary inspection.
- Products for Which Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised: There is no right of withdrawal for products personalized at the Buyer's request, products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons after opening, and perishable goods.
6. DAMAGED PRODUCT AND OBLIGATION TO INSPECT
The Buyer must inspect the package at delivery. In case of damage, denting or tearing, a "Damage Detection Report" must be prepared with the cargo official. Images of the damaged product and the report must be immediately sent to the Seller's contact addresses.
7. COMPLAINT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION AUTHORITIES
The Buyer may submit complaints regarding the purchased product/service to the Seller through the communication channels stated above. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits announced each year.
8. ENTRY INTO FORCE
When the Buyer places an order through the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all articles of this form. This pre-information form is an integral part of the distance sales agreement.
