Return Period and Exchange

• Return Period: You may return the products you purchased within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  
• Exchange: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You may return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired product.
  

Return Conditions

• Resalable Condition: The product to be returned must be unused, with all tags attached, and must not have lost its resalable characteristics.
  
• Packaging: It is important to return the product in its original packaging/box, exactly as it was delivered to you.
  
• Invoice: Please remember to include a copy of the invoice sent to your e-mail address inside the return package.
  

Non-Returnable Products

• Hygiene Regulations: Due to hygiene reasons, returns are strictly not accepted for bottom pieces in the underwear category (panties, boxers, etc.).
