Return Period and Exchange
- Return Period: You may return the product you purchased within 14 days from the date you receive it.
- Exchange: An exchange option is not currently available; you may return the product you wish to exchange and place a new order.
Return Requirements
- Resaleability: The product to be returned must have its tag intact, must not have been used, and must not have lost its resaleable quality.
- Packaging: The product should be sent in its original packaging/box, in the same condition in which it reached you.
- Invoice: Please place a copy of the invoice sent to your e-mail address inside your return package.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
- Hygiene Rules: Returns are not accepted for underwear-category bottom products for hygiene reasons.
Shipping and Dispatch Information
You may send your return with our contracted cargo company using the shipping information provided to you during the return process.

Approval Process
After your return reaches our warehouse, it is examined by our expert team. For packages approved as compliant with the return requirements, the refund instruction is reported to your bank within 1-7 business days.
